  1. I'm surprised it has taken this long for photos, they've been out during the day in force for at least a month now.. The Bronco mules have been cruising around at night so should get some photos of them in the next month or so.

  2. Fortunately, the Portuguese weren't as good at spreading their language around the world as the English and Spaniards. Not to worry, though. I can pretty much guarantee that the Pinto name will not be on a Ford for a very, very long time.

  3. The 2.0 is in much everything except EcoSport and Trucks. There's millions on the road. If it was a larger issue it would be well documented by now. With that many on the road there's bound to be a bad one here or there, that's just the law of averages.

  4. Some of those are probably just wholesale transactions but given a choice between that vehicle and one without such a history I'd choose another one. Too many unknowns for me.

  5. I generally don't like making recommendations on stereo systems because it's so subjective. My advice is find a place that specializes in car audio that has a good reputation and just listen to a few different speakers or whatever you’re looking for in your price range and pick the one you like best.

  6. Why don't you just order another one? Dealer will sell the first one to someone else. You aren't obligated to buy it or take delivery.

  7. The images are probably blocked on your computer due to corporate filtering. As for the history, there is nothing on there, looks like it was bought and sold a couple of times privately, or perhaps transferred in a family. Maybe a fleet vehicle, who knows.

  8. If you think this is a bad product launch, you haven't been around Ford long. At least they have learned to not put a specific launch date on them anymore...

  10. I'm not going to pretend rolling out a new vehicle is easy because it's not. This isn't the first rodeo for Ford though. I am really disappointed in the fact that they started shipping with defects and now have to have Flat Rock fix. Also, having a recall in the 4th week on sale isn't that great either. The only thing I am happy about is that they are addressing most of the issues BEFORE they get into the customers hands. The Explorer and Aviator are very important pieces for both Ford and Lincoln to botch this up any worse than it already is. It appears this has put a hold on some of the marketing that Ford was going to roll out too. 2 months ago the first drives hit the media with the Explorer (still 0 for aviator) and virtually nothing since. It would of been nice to build upon what they did 2 months ago because that is all since been forgotten.

  12. To be clear I don't think we were referring to all attorneys although it may have come across that way. At least I was referring to the ones who go fishing for cases that don't really have any merit to begin with. A defective vehicle/part is not a reason for a lawsuit provided the mfr honors any and all warranty claims and safety recalls. Even if they knew the product was defective - so what? You buy a car it comes with a warranty. You want more coverage? Buy an extended warranty. You don't want to pay for repairs after the warranty period? Sell it and get something else. Nobody is forcing you to own a particular vehicle.

  13. Honest answer is "I don't know, but that's a nice-lookin' vehicle you have there."

  14. I have a lot more photos for you to see, inside and out. I ran in to a file limit uploading. The one I posted is blurry and needs to be deleted, I'll get it fixed. I have clear ones where you can read the gauges. I think the Corsair picture is enhanced. The Aviator does have ambient lighting similar and you have a whole palette to choose from.

  17. Absolutely! It is one of my Top 3 items you must have. Here is a short video clip driving over the worst road near me and most places I've been off road.

  18. I think Aviator is the most important release of Lincoln so far. It is an entirely new vehicle, prepared for electrification, intended for a competitive segment, unlike Navigator and Continental, which are intended for very specific consumers. Corsair may not have such a technological showcase of Aviator, but it will also be of enormous importance. We're witnessing the watershed Lincoln, so I hope

  19. The Aviators air glide system also uses electronic variable pneumatics and hydraulics... just read an article on the Eactive and it looks like the systems are pretty much equal. They claim they're first, but not by much!!!

  20. Does anyone know when written reviews will start showing up? I can't stand video reviews. I'm a fast reader and can quickly glance past the bluster.
