  1. A famous person from the 1960s words speak to the turmoil today in America. I won’t reveal his name until the end for impartiality. "The white liberals, who have been posing as our friends, have failed us. The white liberal is the worst enemy to America and the worst enemy to the black man.” “White liberals are those who have perfected the art of selling themselves to the black man as our ‘friend’ to get our sympathy, our allegiance and our minds. The white liberal attempts to use us politically against white conservatives, so that anything the black man does is never for his own good, never for his advancement, never for his own progress, he’s only a pawn in the hands of the white liberal.” “I only cite these things to show you that in America the history of white liberal has been nothing but a series of trickery designed to make us think that the white liberal was going to solve our problems. Our problems will never be solved by the white liberal. The only way that our problems will be solved is when the black man wakes up, cleans himself up, stands on his own two feet, stops begging the white liberal and takes immediate steps to do for ourselves the things that we have been waiting on the white liberal to do for us.” "The media’s the most powerful entity on Earth. They have the power to make the innocent look guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the mind of the masses.” “The Democrats are playing you for a political chump and if you vote for them, not only are you a chump, you are a traitor to your race.” The person who spoke these words was Malcolm-X. He was assassinated two days after expressing the last quote. How ironic. Just saying.

  2. Lincoln Trademark Application Suggests Luxury Brand May Expand To India "Though there’s a big difference between submitting a trademark application and actually establishing a presence in a new market, the filing does indicate that Ford is considering the move." "Ford Motor Company’s luxury Lincoln brand is currently sold in North America, China, the Middle East, and South Korea." "Recently, the brand expanded its production base to China, producing the Lincoln Corsair and Lincoln Aviator locally for the Chinese market." "Though an expansion to Europe seems unlikely as of this writing, it’s certainly possible at some point in the future." https://fordauthority.com/2020/10/lincoln-trademark-application-suggests-luxury-brand-may-head-to-india/ --- I hope FoMoCo finds a profitable way of introducing Lincoln vehicles to regions where Ford is already present. I believe synergies could be found to make this move possible. Europe (and South America, to a smaller extent) has considerable presence of BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volvo, etc, and it is a shame no Lincoln or Cadillac is available.

  3. You say that about anything electric and/or autonomous regardless of feasibility.

  4. Is anybody else sick of the UAW using our dues to solicit theses vile and disgusting Democrats? I've probably received about 20 pieces of mail from them. I would however like to thank them for sending me a complete list, now I know who exactly NOT vote for. #Trump2020

  5. Makes sense. They would have to begin with CKD models though or else the import fees basically make it unprofitable. Probably would do it via China.

  6. TheEpochTimes.com Hotair.com These two outlets give a different view of what CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NYT...etc want you to swallow. “The Democrats are playing you for a political chump and if you vote for them, not only are you a chump, you are a traitor to your race.” Truth spoken but... not heard. Candace Owens is another person who see`s the truth and makes all aware of the very similar view she understands as did Malcolm X. But the current team liberal has no response to Candance`s fact based points. For those that want to support the liberal team, good luck with enjoying being chumps of the team. Please remember all the advancements made in the 8 years in the recent past with the liberal team in control. There`s an old saying trick me once, shame on you. Trick me twice, shame on me. I will never be tricked again by a team that plays all but the elite as chumps.

  7. OT: A couple years ago the attendant at the gas dock on our lake told us about the brand new pontoon boat ahead of us that got tired of waiting for the attendant and decided to fill up themselves. They put ten gallons into the potable water tank (ruining it) before the attendant stopped them. That was an expensive mistake.

  10. Thanks, I've seen a Nautilus in a parking lot recently and have to admit I like the size shape and overall look. I'd love an Aviator but just more $$$$$ than I'm willing to spend.

  11. Well in the natural progression of things, at what point does the "commonality" of development blur the distinction between brands and then the bean counter/financial "analysts" start the synergism drum beat and some brands disappear? I think your first sentence spells that out. At some point they become just that..a "brand". Been waiting for the shoe to drop at Mack. Sooner or later enough of the old Mack diehards (as in customers) will be gone and someone in Sweden will say...."and why do we have all this duplicated expense?" It will be a sad day for an old guy like me.

  12. Considering the state of the industry where you sometimes have to buy your own spare tire, it makes you wonder if some makers will start charging for a physical manual?

  13. I'm a Ford guy too! So I get it... but I also just love cars! It makes life more enjoyable that way, but also frustrating when you wish you could own all of the cars.

  14. I'm a Ford guy, and I like Corvettes. There's not a Ford equivalent outside of the sporadically produced, rare and pricey GT. I concur with the opinions on the body kit

  15. Attn Admins/Moderators: Any particular reason this thread is in the 'Ford Motor Company Discussion Forum' instead of the 'Lincoln Motor Company Discussion Forum'? Just curious, as I'm keenly awaiting news about the '21 Nautilus and typically go directly to the Lincoln Forum. - Richard
