FYI, there’s a strong rumour that the 2028 Ranger will indeed be based on the same architecture as the BEV F150 and that the global Ranger will continue on a version of T6 until ICEs are no longer required.2 points

My brother in law just got an Outback and is a new divorcee. I was actually impressed with amount of room it has inside of it and generally of the materials used in the interior. The CVT transmission sucks though.1 point

you mean Lincoln MKZ replacement? Is logical. The sedans are alive in China, and Lincoln needs the MKZ and the Continental there. In fact, the Taurus, the Escort, the Focus sedan , the Fusion, the Fiesta sedan are alive and are important part of the Ford line up there.1 point

Before the Boss 429 was developed, there was an experimental 427 that had two cams in block. It was called “Calliope” The bore was 4.34” and stroke of 3.62” I don’t think it was an FE but probably based off of the 4.90” bore center. I think it ran but with no development, produced 630 hp.
