  1. Didn’t DHL just place an order for etransits too? I like the look of the brightdrops. Would make a cool RV.

  2. How is that even possible? ADMs benefit dealerships only and unless Ford is upping the price on a product they aren’t going to make more profit.

  3. The reality is their next opportunity to join won't be until 2025: https://www.autonews.com/world-congress/ford-says-1920-us-dealers-agree-new-ev-rules?utm_source=breaking-news&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20221205&utm_content=hero-headline

  4. On the ordertrack.app it still says "Order Confirmed" status and no blend date and it's not on the window sticker. Ford tracker says in production but no date yet. Dealer confirmed scheduled build day is today 12/6.

  5. Currently they are just modified versions of current platforms. Why they have some short comings which should be fixed in future generations.

  6. One opinion is that releasing this info is an effort to get the other one third to come along and join in.

  7. Wish they’d have published the list. As an owner of a Ford EV it’d be nice to know if I can continue my relationship with my dealer (whom I’ve bought my last four cars from, have one on order from, and have used for service for more than a decade). I’m sure I could reach out to my salesman, but most don’t have that kind of relationship.

  8. An update on the Ford program requiring dealers to invest if they want to sell EV's: Two thirds of the dealers. Interesting... https://www.autonews.com/world-congress/ford-says-1920-us-dealers-agree-new-ev-rules?utm_source=breaking-news&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20221205&utm_content=hero-headline

  9. Sorry to hear that. All’s I can say is it’s worth the wait. I got mine 11 months from the order date. Picked it up last Friday.

  10. I never had a blend date show up for mine. It spent a month in "in production" status before being moved to "built" on 9/17. Still waiting for it to ship.

  12. The point is your misquote makes the title argumentative, whereas the actual title is explanatory.

  14. I think we will see a pre-production concept of the BEV Explorer and Lincoln Product before the end of next year. I think they go into production in 2024.

  15. Come on now, can you really say the brand sucks? Ford makes a good truck, they use good components. Yes some times thing break prematurely and you may get lemon or have issues but in the grand scheme of thing they are pretty good truck. Have you had many issues in your 22k miles? Seeing your post history it does not seem so. Your warranty ran out and you knew when it would happen. You know that when your warranty out that you are responsible for parts and labor. You also know that you had the option for the extended warranty. There were holds on truck production in 2021 and 2022 because of adaptive steering, the adaptive steering components were/are much in demand and somewhat limited in supply. Well with that knowledge you know what that does to parts pricing. Whether AS or engine or transmission or radio, componend does not matter, warranty is warranty. Now...let's revisit the extended warranty option. So why in the world would you blame Ford for your issues knowing all this. The 8 year 100,000 warranty is only about 2500 bucks. You bet and you got the losing hand, don't complain now. I would have just kept my mouth shut but your last line tilted the scale for me..you came to a Ford forum with Ford people and say "starting to think the Ford brand sucks" Once again...what do you expect?
