    Wow, poor guy probably has a flat ass from all that driving, anything over 3 hours I gotta fly, my patience level is minimal.

    Speaking of, seen Mazda's new 3.3 I-6 Turbo just released some days ago with 280HP. Honestly, they shouldn't have bothered. It has 3.3L V6 power. I had to read the article a few times, thought the "turbo" was a misprint.

    I'm involved in a board where we build affordable and sustainable housing for people in need. Out of 100 people that apply, maybe 2 are accepted. The finance board has to decipher all the finances of 2 years for applicants. The majority of people are overleveraged and I'm amazed at the excuses I hear from them to justify their decision-making. Bestfriend buys a home in the middle of nowhere subdivision in FL swamps. Asks me when they will get a Starbucks (he's 17). Busted out laughing, had to explain that quality places/restaurants go where there are rooftops (density) and money (not debt). He equated all newly constructed nice looking homes, with money. Told him his parents and just about every person in there probably has a 30-year mortgage, so expect the commercial places to come in 25-30 years when the debt gets paid down. I see this time and time again especially with all my rental homes, and misguided people living above their means.

    GM's biggest issue with the Corvette is its legacy buyers, it's not who they wish to appeal to (insert Lincolns of yesteryear). I have "that" neighbor who just bought one... and I'm like "Yup over 65 check, Yup-just shave it off who we trying to kid with the comb-over, Yup in red, even though you'll do the speed limit in the left-most lane" Maybe Tibird Hiatus for awhile, might bring in new buyers...

    Actually the interior screen is the biggest item I love on it. I like center consoles canted towards the driver. Think, 90's Probe, Tbird, Mark8. It wasn't till the end of the decade center consoles became more centered, to allow passenger to press, touch, change, etc. This one has a touch towards the driver side which I like. I dont need my passenger know whats going on, or have control of things. I miss my Mark8 center console. It was for me, NOT them !

    Can't say I "love it", reminds me of the New Edge Mustang back in late 90s, I feel the front end is overworked. Like someone from Kia was a designer. Its like, what they tell women when they get dressed up for a gala... "Look in the mirror, and just take ONE thing off"...cause most of the time, it's one or 2 things, TOO much.... Thats what I feel about the front. But lets hope this gives them a boost, I think this is the last "horray" before the MachE starts selling more than their gas counterparts.
