  1. Yup!! Guess we will have to wait and see if the FIA/WEC will adopt GT3 or stick with LM GT (GT2). The MARC Gen 2 Mustangs are the closet to current GT3 Specs . . . and it looks and sounds great, in my opinion!
  2. https://racer.com/2021/01/27/fords-rushbrook-on-blue-ovals-lmdh-gt3-interest/ I've been waiting to see/hear/read what FMC's next steps might be for factory supported effort(s). GT3 seems like the easier/cheaper of the two, but perhaps we will get both! There have already been a few private GT3 Mustangs over the past number of years, mostly overseas.
  3. Agreed! Though I think 71-73 NACA ducts would have worked better given the large hood surface!!
  4. I watched that earlier this week, and enjoyed it! Looking forward to seeing the new Mach 1 in person!
  5. Was able to see 3 in person over the weekend at my dealership. 2 Base, 1 Outer Banks in Area 51. I thought they looked great! Was able to sit in a Base model, the Outer Banks was about to be prepped. Look/felt much bigger than what dimensions read. I'm looking forward to driving a Badlands later this year. I've put it on my short list of next vehicles. As a sidebar . . . was also able to look at/sit in a 2021 F-150 Lariat . . . to my senses it made my 2014 F-150 seem small! LOL! But a DARN nice truck!!
  6. Nice Review, in my opinion! Been thinking about a Bronco to replace my F150 ('14, 4x4, XLT Supercab, Ecoboost, Blue Jean Blue/Tan Leather Interior), but I may just get another F150 (Lariat or XLT Supercrew in Kodiak Brown?) (Also waiting on '21 Ranger Build & Price for possible Supercrew Tremor . . . or just hold on to mine for as long as I can since I only have 85K (and no turbo lag! ?)
  7. Think I'm sold on a Black Diamond, Area 51, mid-package, 2.7L, and a few add-on options. Looking forward to driving one before I make final decision.
  8. It will be interesting to see how they compare. The Gen3 Aussie Supercars (Mustang & Camaro) look pretty darn good in my opinion. https://www.motorsport.com/v8supercars/news/gen3-mustang-camaro-hybrid-ready/4891772/ https://www.motorsport.com/v8supercars/news/gen3-mustang-camaro-hybrid-ready/4891772/#gal-4891772-m0-general-motors-camaro-zl1-of-david-reynolds-erebus
  9. Thank you! Pro-Stock was one of my favorites in the Glidden (pinto, thunderbird, probe) days!!
  10. I'm in kind of in the same boat. I have a '14 XLT SuperCab 3.5 Ecoboost (with leather, (Blue Jean ext/Tan int) column shifter, etc. . . . . I believe a package they don't offer any more) I love the truck, didn't really want FX4 or need it, but wouldn't have minded the skid plates (I know I can get them after market). Only real off-roading I do is up in Northern Michigan (off M-33) 4-5 times a year and mainly on trails. Though . . . I am interested in the Ranger Tremor if I don't like the new Bronco (never had a vehicle with removeable top/doors) or BroncoSport (too small?). As I think I want to size down a bit on my next vehicle.
  11. That would be cool! Might have to check that out on the Black Diamond (which is the trim I think I want (with 2.7, Mid-Package, and hard top option)).
  12. I dig it! Wish it had a Mach 1/Boss 351 NACA hood. I think that would have looked a bit better, in my opinion. Though I don't like it enough to sell my '04 Mach 1, but that's OK . . .
  13. Off the rails . . . I think I'd take a supercharger like on the Interceptor over Twins! Plus . . . NACA ducts!!! ? I mean if the Super Stallion could pull it off ?. . . I miss Coletti!! ?
  14. https://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars/a32330901/ken-block-hoonifox-foxbody-mustang-pictures/ I dig it! Just a rendering so far . . .
  15. Escape RS? ? (Using recent Focus RS drivetrain/AWD system, but maybe with a flappy paddle gear box instead of the manual?!)
  16. https://www.autoblog.com/2020/04/02/2021-ford-mustang-mach-1-shelby-gt350-vin-decoder/ NACA Ducts instead of a Shaker please!!?
  17. If it is real, I dig it . . . as well as the Bronco Sport. Lots of FMC options for my next vehicle purchase!!
  18. I think it is more in line with the Jeep Cherokee. The 2020 Escape vs 2020 Cherokee dimensions are fairly close . . . according to a quick google search . . . Escape - 181″ L x 74″ W x 66″ H Cherokee - 182″ L x 73-75″ W x 66-68″ H
  19. Thought I, or someone else posted about this series but can't seem to find another thread. Anyway . . . . we are about a month away from the inaugural S5000 Open wheel (spec) series in Aussieland powered by 5.0 Ford Coyotes! Looking forward to this series and the cars sound great! 20. Sad! Have enjoyed the Holden v Ford rivalry from the showroom to the racetrack.
  21. No to muck up this thread . . . . but here are some old photos! Nothing special, but I loved it!
  22. I had a 1993 Explorer XLT 4x4 5-Speed manual with ~226k miles when I sold it. One of my favorite vehicles ever . . .
