  1. Throttle body issue....Reflash will not correct worn out/sticking throttle bodies. Been a problem for a little while now.

It is a pretty significant change when you consider that Daryl Hazel is not only senior vice price but president of Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) under his umbrella are all vehicle service programs, recalls , tsb's , global warranty analysis, service engineering operations, dealership relations marketing programs for service and dealership operations. If it happens on the service side of the business, he responsible for it. So his departure is noteworthy to say the least. Especially considering the changing markets and how service equates to repeat business and happy customers.

  6. Can anyone tell me what type of work is done at each of these facilities? Look at the storage area of vehicles inside the product devlopment center. Looks like a bunch of trashed (or crashed) vehicles. Wikimapia
