    Only the 3.5 has an inertia switch and no FPDM. The 2.5 and the 3.0 are handled by the RCM with no switch. Check the pin fitment on the connector. They are notorious for issues there. Then load check the wiring between the RCM and the FPDM. If its good, its either the FPDM or the RCM.
    And Fordtech is right.. that code doesn't exist in the 2010 workshop manual.... But it is in the PCED and it is not in the RCM, its in the PCM.
