They start at 15.79 with the possibility to be permanent as people leave. They work 3days per week as TPT. No vision or dental coverage as TPT just medical and no bonuses or profit share as TPT However as people go to other plants and retire, the TPTs convert to permanent on a 1 for 1 basis, by date of entry

Yes new hires at sterling are tier 3 ,they are TPT's as they can became permanent as tier 1retire or tier 2 transfer they top out at 19$
