have a 97 ranger...on my 3rd 3.0....first one spun a bearing at 154,000 miles...second one i sucked in about a gallon and half of water threw the intake.....bent 2 rods one of them had a crack in it....the 3rd one is the second block with 2 pistons and rods from the first one and has new rod bearing and all seam fine and working great now
