Well, 73 out of 73 computer models failed to accurately predict the climate change as espoused by the IPCC. I call that 100%.
I never said don't try. I said don't make sweeping policy changes based on data from obviously faulty climate models. The IPCC needs to step back, reevaluate their modeling procedures and try again.
Also, the highlighted section is exactly what I've been saying all along here. It's massively complex and I believe still not completely understood.
