  1. Nothing against you focus owners out there but for $40,000 it should be called a Lincoln. There is no way middle America could afford 40k. It's as if all the auto company want EV to fail all are by far over priced for the average man.
  2. Shop around friend. There are hundreds of Ford dealers out there, I'm sure 1 of them has a Mustang sitting around. I would pass on that dealer thats screwing you around. BTW which dealer is it?
  3. Ford does make a Mustang thats faster than the Camaro its called Shelby GT500.
  4. The link is no longer active. You must type in the address. http://www.teamshelby.com/
  5. I think you're right. If you sold it yourself you would get more. Dealers wont give you anything near what its worth. KBB, NADA and Edmunds.com are not necessary good when it comes to pricing Mustangs.
  6. Sounds like this writer guy LAWRENCE ULRICH doesn't have a clue when it comes to Muscle cars. You can't compair the Shelby to a zo6. Where else can you buy a 500HP at that price?
  7. Post the link if you get a chance. I was unable to locate the article.
  8. I like the C/S but I don't get the Special Stampede Edition. I don't think there is anything special about a V6 Mustang. Just my $0.02
  9. Just looking for some feed back... In the long run which do you think will be a better investment, a Cobra R or the new Shelby 500. According to: http://www.rsportscars.com/eng/cars/mustang_cobra.asp There were only 300 Cobra R's produced in 2000. There were only 250 Cobra R's produced in 1995. There were only 107 Cobra R's produced in 1993. I heard lots of rumors about the new Shelby production #'s, any where from 5,000 to 10,000.
