I'll agree that some of the stuff contained in this site is embarrasing, but this IS a forum. Forums are made for discussions. If you do not like how a brother or sister express their opinion, you are free to comment on it. Or seeing as though you don't agree with forums and what they represent, don't comment on it.

We are on pretty thin ice right now. With the potential of being one one the two mystery plants to be shut down, Ford can reduce the workforce at STAP before the contract ends, and there is not much the CAW can do about it. I understand that the CAW is not happy about it. Neither am I, but there is not much I can do about it either. I stand as good a chance as any other junior employee at losing my job as well. But the fact of the matter is Ford has the right to manage their buisness. That means whichever way they see fit, including layoffs before the contract ends.
