Can anyone explain how we go back to three shifts next week scheduled for 10.7 but group leaders and utilities work a 5x8 schedule. The silence from our union leadership is concerning.

Update! I can confirm that the covers over the tp in the men’s room have been replaced. We have to make sure the tp is safe but not the employees.

Just so we can keep track of the company’s response, here at CAP nothing has changed. There is no hand sanitizer anywhere and most restrooms have no hot water.

A raise is compounded every year till retirement. A bonus is only for that year. I'm not a math wiz but a $.50 raise over a 10-20 year period is a lot more than any bonus we currently get.

Too much ghetto thrash at CAP. I wish we could go back to one shift. I fear walking out to my car some nights.
