Can anyone explain how we go back to three shifts next week scheduled for 10.7 but group leaders and utilities work a 5x8 schedule. The silence from our union leadership is concerning.
Just so we can keep track of the company’s response, here at CAP nothing has changed. There is no hand sanitizer anywhere and most restrooms have no hot water.
A raise is compounded every year till retirement. A bonus is only for that year. I'm not a math wiz but a $.50 raise over a 10-20 year period is a lot more than any bonus we currently get.
