  1. If you think Fits are bad, think of what would happen to a Smart car.
  2. I agree they look stupid, but since GM used the same headlamp shape as the normal Escalade, I can understand why. When designed with LEDs from the beginning, I'm sure they'd look fine on a vehicle. I also think it's pretty cool technology.
  3. I do have to agree with Ford-150, Furious. I think the wheels and headlights aren't that great looking (even though I did them). At most should be the grille. As I said though, the interior looks nice.
  4. No, unfortunately, I haven't, but it's in the works (eventually).
  5. Good work. A couple things.... I like the other rear you did (one with the less pronounced circle/tire hump type detailing) better than this new one. I do however like the new shoulders with the improved upkick in the sheetmetal, ala Continental and the rest of the desing. In regards to the front, I'm not so sure the bow-wave MK grille works on this more squarish design. The headlights look kinda dinky as well. I understand where you're coming from and why you did that though.
  6. I see a lot of F-150s like that near me as well. I like it a lot, and for those of you that have read above, I've changed my mind about the taillights after seeing more pictures, I think they look fine. You all are commenting on the large amounts of chrome on the Platinum ediditon (or maybe your mean other versions), but there really isn't too much chrome on the truck....the grille and tailgate are some sort of satin aluminum finish (I believe), the chrome I see is the wheels, lower door trim, taillights, and headlights. Other than that theres not much else chrome.
  7. I was going to say, how do you know that 3rd row access is horrible on the Flex? Also, a diesel is being put into the Expedition in 09/10, which will assist with fuel economy numbers, if that interests you.
  8. I know we have quite a bit of stop and go traffic down here in South Florida, so in a big city type environment, I believe a hybrid truck could do well.
  9. Pictures can be very decieving though, sizewise.
  10. Well thanks, I use MS Paint to do them too. LOL
  11. I'd have to agree with you, sorry Waylon.
  12. I was wondering the same thing. I understand why you're doing it though, I hate it when a thread gets a horrible response (quantity wise).
  13. Sorry if this offends you, but who is that? I assume he wrote like that?
  14. About it being Taurus? And how do you know for sure?
  15. I agree, the Dodge center consoles are pretty wide. Also from what I remember from last years NAIAS, the Tundra's center console was pretty wide as well.
  16. It looks great in person (opinion, of course).
  17. Only differences I see are the slightly extended bumpers, gas door is on opposite side, antenna, lights, doors, and wheels (obviously the interior as well). Other than that, I didn't realize how close the two really were. Some angles made the Fairlane look taller than it was.
  18. You mean just like with the Turboed engines and the 1/2 ton diesel?!?
  19. Just because the article says something, doesn't mean it's right, so for all we know they could be making some of this up too.
  20. Yes, it certainly looks like they changed a lot!
  21. Except me! (insert sound clip of evil meniacal laugh) :devil2:
