I don't have debt, I didn't buy crazy like most Ford people did the last 5 years.. Your right tho you can't depend on OT. My whole point tho, is that the media and the companies and the UNION are trying to scare everyone into thinking our jobs are at stake because of the economic situation. It's BS wake up!. It's not true. They just want to slash the workers and not their own. They blame the work force for mismanagement and ridiculous spending they do on their plants. They spend your money in many diffrent ways you don't know about, while at the same time that money earns interest and you get nothing!! Stop voting yes on these contracts and vote no to get back what we all need. (security)

You people need to open your eyes for god sake, Ford has been making money on us for the past 10 years, all these contract negotiations and changes are just a smoke screen to keep you wondering. Just look at Fords bottom line for the past 10 years, I don't care what kinda recession you people think we had, that was all hype by the media. They do it every so many years to keep you scared. The media is screwing up this country and everyone that buys into it should be put down cause your making it worse. Ford has been making money on the backs of us for 10 years, we lose health care benifits, retirees lose benifits, our sub pay gets altered, our break times get altered, we lose bonuses yada yada yada. It's all bottom feeder third party drama spewed out by the company and UNION to just keep you running scared thinking life will get better. Here is a good example, if banks keep charging high interest you will never pay your loans off. It's because the banks don't want you to pay your loans off. It's just like the company you work for. They wish to keep you scared so you keep stressing out so you die. The company does not want you to live. The company and the UNION, they do not want you to prosper. They want to lock you in so you work for them and making nothing and never pay your bills the rest of your life. Even when you retire you still won't be able to make ends meet or pay your bills cause they just keep taking and taking. It's an endless cycle of fear. They always want you to think your job is in trouble so they can take more and more. Wake up people and smell the roses. We need to start making ourselves heard. You can do this best by voting in people that care for you and not just people that want to sleep in their office and pull a 12 hour check every day for doing nothing. Make your stand, now is the time. Stop being scared. Stop running. Stop keeping your head down and not speaking up!!!!! this is the worst thing you can do. All you members out there that go to work each day and hold your head down, you should be a shamed of yourselves. And when someone tells you to pick up your head and speak up for yourself, DONT GET MAD AT HIM!! just DO IT!! Don't be afraid. Don't be afraid anymore. thank you.

Gee I wonder why the top brass at the national is telling the company to put back the signs??? go figure.. I heard this from a secretary at the glass house. You'll see blue ovals going back up before the new contract. It would also be a good idea to start circulating your letters within the plants of your major complaints so the union can see what needs to be done. #1. Remove all tpt's (orange) temp workers from setup jobs, or any skill trade jobs they may be on and replace them with Ford workers, this includes hi-lo drivers alike. #2. There is a form in HR (to which other plants USE and have allowed the USE of) which allows a Ford temp worker to take their name off their home plant and make the current plant they work in their home plant. Many people do not want to go back to Dearborn (I hear this daily) and yet UAW your making them go. If they wish to stay where their at, let them. There is a form for this.

Dave Bing of the Bing Group (auto supplier for Ford Motor Company) is no longer in business. Lets let it be known that Ford had a part in putting this supplier out of business along with Dave Bing with many people now without jobs what will they do? Another one bytes the dust.

It's not that their not as powerful it's because the UAW is trying to maintain a good relationship with the companies. (Ford). The things offered to the company by way of concession are petty yes, but we have been giving the company petty stuff now for a while and it all ads up. We keep allowing them to push us to open the contracts (contracts they sign and agree too) and still it's never enough. They report a 1 billion dollar + profit and refuse to give anything back to the workers (a small measly Christmas bonus) that are union fought for and got 5 years back for us. Most of us spend that money on our kids or use it to pay off a bank loan so that we can buy a new car from the company that feeds us! The problem here is, is that our UAW keeps hanging their heads in a downward position while sticking up their ass's in the air in order for it to get penetrated. We have to now start doing the opposite. We just showed the UAW that we all have a voice and with a loud voice, the UAW will listen too us. People from now on, you need to start voting "NO" until you get what you want! We at Ford do not want pattern bargaining, were tired of it. Sorry but if you take our tax dollars (money from the govt) and then file bankruptcy your on your own my friend. Pattern bargaining must end. Ford is number one just keep watching the stock and sales it will prove itself to be. Everyone, now is the time to buy Ford stock again. Buy Ford stock and buy a new Ford!

This was the most underhanded thing I ever saw. They tried to open the contract up on us again thinking we were going to be stupid for a 2nd time.. What did George Bush say? "Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice... haaa ahh... we can't get fooled again!" hahahahah I love how the national sent someone to Saline to sell this to all the lines. This guy had to be the stupidest person in the world. He stood on our line for over 1 hour trying to tell people why we should vote yes. This guy sadly to say took the beating of his life. I have to hand it to him tho he hung in there for a while. I guess the membership as a whole finally figured out that we were fine where we were at and decided to vote "NO" this time. I think voting "no" is not saying we don't want to work. I think voting "no" is saying that were tired of the BS concessions. We were tired of it last time, and people got spanked. They lost their break times, they got the sub pay limited, they lost their xmass bonus, and not to mention many other things. I think we all got tired and finally showed the national that we are out there and were objecting to the BS. See people need to understand that what they tried on us, was merely a smoke screen, the table has been brought back out from the garage and watch what happens now. Your going to see them try this again but offer you more cash in your pocket. (maybe $3,000)???? same terms!!??? don't fall for it people. Even $5,000 is not enough money for me to give up my right to STriKE! nor is it enough money for me to work 6 years more without a raise when I already have for over 4. UAW WHAT ARE YOU THINKING???? are you still for the worker? or are you for your own jobs!!! Now you all look stupid after FMC posts a billion in profit. Where is our fair share for putting in the hard work??? Alan, instead of taking 10 million for your good work, how bout taking 1 dollar and give the rest of your bonus to the UAW members (workers) that made you that billion in profit!!!!!
