Thank you. Job 1 for the battery is Feb. 7th. I have been told there is not much storage room for the batteries, therefore they won't have a super large number sitting around waiting.

Anybody on here working with the new Lightning? Are they close to going to production? Care to share the Job 1 date.... The battery will be ready to go soon.

Therefore, your pay would still be based off of how many straight time hours you were paid. This is what one of my checks showed at the bottom of the stub, the calculation for what I was paid: YOUR UAW-FORD PROFIT SHARE EQUALS COMPENSATED HRS OF 2,745.50 TIMES THE 2017 $/COMP HR OF 3.39907

I did read somewhere that the 12K cap was taken away last contract. I don't know for sure but it appears by your earnings that it was. That only means that you put in a lot of overtime to get that. I know I got a lot because of added construction type jobs but it fell short of yours.

This is why some people shouldn't comment on forums. They can't read and have no clue. It appears that this person doesn't get a profit sharing check, else they'd know how it works. Unbelievable.

I'm curious about the part of the uncapped profit sharing.. it use to be capped at 12. I grossed almost $170k last year and still didn't break 12k on my gross profit sharing... how much are you guys making to top that 12k? I mean really? That would be some extremely serious overtime.

They kill off some of the gravel and dirt noise that is being thrown from the tires onto the metal wheelwell.

It will be coming. The bugs are getting worked out on the assembly processes.

I'm not a fan of the wheels either. But, no choice if I wanted the interior. Not hot on the red, but I like the overall package inside. The very rear decals are coming off. The large stripes on the side, I haven't decided.

I went ahead and ordered one. Dealer checked the computer and there wasn't one at a dealer until he reach Wash. DC. It is suppose to be built on Thursday March 10th.

I am looking for some help with this church van. Both blower fans quite working totally at the same time. 50A fuses for fan and aux fan are both good. Swapped relay in same box with horn relay (same part number) and still no go. What would cause both to go at the same time? Thanks

I haven't read when JOB 1 is but, I saw a white ST yesterday. I'm a few miles down the road from MAP. Looked good. Anybody know JOB 1?
