This should read Pharmacy Advantage How did we get nailed down to this company? Twice now, prescriptions for my Wife and I have been screwed up. In my Wife's' case, she called in for a renewal. A week later it hadn't arrived. She calls the company (PA) to inquire about the prescription, and is told it will be sent right out. A week later it is still not delivered. Another phone call, another promise. It took 3 calls and 2 1/2 weeks to get her prescription delivered. In my case, I called the automated service and the order is made. No confirmation number was given to me. A week later, no prescription delivered. A phone call reveals that the order was made, but not sent out. No reason is offered. It was sent the next day and was delivered the day after that. Medco delivered flawlessly. Anyone else getting results like this? Where can we complain to? The UAW or NESC? I needed to rant.
