  5. From the Owner's Guide: Manual climate control For hot weather conditions: • The climate control system will be set to MAX A/C. For cold weather conditions: • The climate control system will be set to provide maximum heating in (floor/defrost) mode. • Rear defrost/heated mirrors (if equipped) will be activated. For moderate weather conditions: • The interior cabin will be heated, cooled or off, based upon the previous operating state (last ignition-on cycle). • Rear defrost/heated mirrors (if equipped) will be deactivated. Automatic climate control For hot weather conditions: • The interior cabin will be cooled to 72°F (22°C). • The cooled seats (if equipped) will be set to high. For cold weather conditions: • The interior cabin will be heated to 72°F (22°C). • The heated seats (if equipped) will be set to high. • Rear defrost/heated mirrors (if equipped) will be activated. And I can verify the Automatic section, as mine has the remote start and I've used it a few times on colder mornings. Mine is the Integrated Key Fob version. It came with the Lariat Plus Pkg. Cheers, -John

  13. I remember seeing some notes about squeaky seats a while ago... Does anyone have any update whether there has been a real fix found for this problem yet? Thanks!
  14. I can see how it would be more useful for me on our new Edge if i could get the number memorized.
  15. Just joined, but have owned a 2007 F-150 XLT since brand new. Its my towing machine with 3.73 and the towing package, but not much else. I'm now looking forward to getting my Lariat with the Ecoboost and max tow. I'll have a bit more luxury for my DD ride. I use the truck to tow a 6200 lb camper 7-9 times a year. I love my current truck, but expect to love the Lariat even more.
  16. A question for anyone who has taken Dearborn Truck Plant Tour (or the Ford Rouge Plant tour)... How good is it? I'm excited about seeing the assembly line, etc. My wife and I are considering doing the eight hour drive from Maryland over a three day weekend to take the tour... Please tell me we won't be disappointed...?
  17. I've seen you still looking to find info on your order. I guess priority 1 isn't something to necessarily get excited about.
  18. I add my vote that you will not be disappointed in either the 5.0 or the EB. I drove both of them at the Aberdeen Round-Up, and was impressed. I'm coming from a 2007 Triton, and both of them blow it away. I was most impressed with the EB when towing the 6500 lb trailer. Since that is pretty much what my camper ways, I was sold after the truck pulled it like it was nothing.
  19. For all intents and purposes... But in a technical sense, I believe you are really still operating it with the power. There is a button on the outside of the door that lets you tell the door to open, thus the pseudo-manually. But I don't believe you can really lift or close it through solely your moving the hatch. It seems that would possibly cause a problem with the power arm.
