Follow the chain start w/ committee then go up. But I heard they are screwing over a lot of new hires. Some crap about when you got hired in. Which is bull shit. I know 2 girls on my line one got hire a month or so before the other and the union is saying they have a different amount of time before their insurance kicks in. One might get it and the other might not. In my opinion if you are a "new hire" EVERYONE should have the same amount of time for the same things and if you Worked last year you should get profit sharing.
