That's too bad. My 2012 Focus had thumb wheels for the seat heaters. I would then them on in October and not then them off until April. Then again I do live in New England.

Is there any way to have the car remember what the heated or cooled seats were set to when turning the car off and back on? It is very annoying that I have to keep turning them back on every time I turn on the car. Thanks

I got them as a dealer option when I ordered my Focus and it was $95 for the pair. I thought it would be on all 4 doors but its just on the front doors. They look cool though!

Yes and no. It can play video off of an iPod but you have to have the iPod AV cable. You plug in both the USB and the AV cables and then select USB (iPod) as the source. Hit the browse button and select video, pick a move or show and it will start playing with the title info overlaid over it. Wait a few seconds and the overlay info will go away. Tap the screen to bring the controls back. I have this working with a 5th gen iPod Nano.

Has anybody noticed a difference with the 2.11 update? Problems fixed or new ones that have emerged? I have a service appointment on Thursday to have the update installed. The dealer seemed clueless about it so I am a little nervous. Im hoping it fixes a few issues I've been having with the nav.

Has version 2.11 showed up on Sync My Ride yet for anyone else? Mine still shows that I have V2.10 and "Waiting to Download 0 Items". I assume that means that 2.11 is not available on the website yet. What does it say when there is an update, I assume that 0 will be come a 1? Or should I be looking somewhere else?

So I had a random problem this week with the Voice NameTag feature in the MFT Nav. I had setup a few favorite points and enabled the voice name tags feature so I could set them via voice control, everything worked great! A few days later I did a master reset (due to a an ipod issue) and my favorite places were cleared as you would expect, the voice tags however were not. When I tried to add the same favorite places back in and enable the voice name tags the system said entries with those names already existed. I activated sync and had it read out the available name tags, and sure enough it listed the favorites I had saved before the reset. Short of a hard reset I could not find a way to clear the old voice tags. what I did that finally worked was to re add the the same favorites I had before (same name and address) and NOT enable the voice tag. Then I waited for MFT to do one if its occasional self resets (usually every other day), when it did this the old name tags were re associated with the new favorites! So basically you have to wait for one glitch to solve a different glitch! Simple right? Hope this helps someone.

I think I have to do a full reset of the MyFord Touch system, I just wanted to confirm with everyone which fuse I am supposed to pull. Looking at the owners manual I believe its # 67. Does anybody know for sure? Thanks!

Any one know how to set to 2 favorite buttons on the steering wheel to the audio screen and the nav screen? It seems that I can set the favorites to any option inside those screens, but no the screen themselves. What I really want is the first button to be the Audio now playing screen and the second button be the Nav map. Any ideas? Thanks

How did it go? Did it fix anything? Also do you know what the version number is? Just as point of reference I just got my focus a week ago and mines running 2.10 according to the website. Is there an easy way to check the version number on the unit itself?
