How I read from the white pages was unlimited sri packages ($60000) for eligible employees. 30 years or age plus years worked. Then also unlimited STEP packages ($60000), for anyone not eligible for retirement. But that is a separation. You are done with Ford after that. Members with 1 year seniority could take it. Or members that are close to finishing school and looking for other employment.

Very true. Especially with the state of our economy and the general public (our customers) being on edge right now. I wish we could get more and I know that raises are what we all strive for. It hurts but we still have to wait a while longer to keep us competitive.
