Bring back the driver side grab handle. My dealer said that it was removed because most people use the steering wheel. That's bull, we all know that it was a cost issue. I for one would pay extra if it was an option. I would also like to see it a an add on part for the 2012s so those of us that want it could add it.

I agree, It would be an easy fix to add an optional camera in the stoplight on the rear of the cab to see the fifth wheel hitch.
