  1. You have low prices compared to California. I know for sure I got my car for the dealer invoice price, so it's nearly impossible to get it for less. Here is the break down for Titanium 4WD with Navigation and Parking Technology. No leather, no sunroof. $34,735 MSRP $32,916 Selling price (Invoice including destination, advertising assessment, fuel charge) - $2,250 Factory rebates (incl. $750 private cash) $30,666 Net Cost + $3318 (fees/taxes) $33,984 Total
  2. I'm looking for a long side-to-side trunk organizer for my 2013 Escape. It should have means to hold it in place, preferably closer to the back seats where the side plastic hooks are. The genuine Ford one seems to fit the bill: Has anyone installed it? Can you post pictures how it really looks in the trunk?
  3. What's wrong with it? Are the left and right seams the same width now? On mine the left seam is 4 mm and the right one is 6 mm (~0.23"). No one really notices it but I think it's worth fixing just to increase resale value in the future.
  4. The lift-gate on mine is also slightly misaligned; I think I'll ask the dealer to align it properly. I didn't see any water inside after a car wash, though. Have you already fixed yours? Was it easy?
  5. Hmmm, interesting - so the early order incentive is stackable with the $1,500 Customer Cash? I ordered mine even earlier than 8/28 but didn't get the early order $500. Maybe the dealer intentionally forgot about it... gotta ask him next visit.
  6. Finally got it on Friday (Oct, 5)! Thanks cyberdman and other forum members - hanging out here made waiting so much easier. I'm quite happy with the car. Found just 2 minor defects which the dealer will fix. Here is the photo made at the top of a picturesque parking garage Later I'll try to make a better one - 30 mins before sunset, light clouds, on a mountain road, etc
  7. Yippee! Indeed, I just noticed they increased the incentive to $1500 :shades: I'm not sure how they choose whom to send the offers to. But if it's of any help, I visited ford.com like 100 times, created an account there and completed a couple of surveys.
  8. I also got this $750 private offer. It says "... you can use your offer over and above any curent public offers." It's all great, since my Escape will arrive in a few days, but the nice $1000 Ford's public incentive ended today, and I'm not sure there will be equal or better incentives in October
  9. Some of you change oil in new Escapes by yourself, right? I've read from other threads it's a major headache because of the huge aerodynamic panel under the engine. Is it indeed really hard, and is it worth it?
  10. Hi there, Can you please track it again? VIN 1FMCU9J97DUB15627 Thanks a lot!
  11. Hello, Can I please get an update? VIN 1FMCU9J99DUB15614 Thanks!
  12. Huh, that's what it does! After the test drive I was sure Escape didn't have a normal sport mode auto; apparently I just tripped the +/- switch. Modern cars get too smart sometimes And that "rocker button" is pretty bad, IMHO. Not ergonomic at all.
  13. Found this press-release in the news: 2013 Mazda CX-9 World Premiere at Australian International Motor Show Refreshed design looks pretty nice for a big CUV; it will have a 3.7L V6 and brake energy regeneration system. More details will be revealed on October, 18. Hopefully other specs won't disappoint.
  14. Add it in the end of any of those URLs: http://fordlabels.webview.biz/webviewhybrid/WindowSticker.aspx?vin= http://services.forddirect.fordvehicles.com/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin= The sticker may not be available for a while; it usually appears closer to production, at the invoice date.
  15. Hello, Can you please track my other Escape? VIN 1FMCU9J97DUB15627 According to the sticker it was built last week. Thank you!
