  1. Just an updated photo after some modifications. Love the truck!
  2. Thanks cyberdman! Picked up my new truck on 1/10/15.
  3. Thanks cyberdman! At least it has made it to the west coast! My dealer has marked the truck as "hot" to try to expedite the delivery to the dealership. I appreciate your help. Photo to follow, pending receipt of the truck.
  4. Hi Cyberdman, Any updates for VIN: 1FT7W2BT1FEC36667 by any chance? Thanks!
  5. Excellent! Thank you! Hopefully, it will arrive during the holidays so that my son is still home on leave to see it! Merry Christmas to you!
  6. Going_Going_Gone, I wonder if it was a dealer add-on? I didn't see it available when I ordered my truck last month. Just figured I'd have to find an after-market on my own.
  7. Hi Cyberdman, Would you please provide an update to VIN: 1FT7W2BT1FEC36667 when you get a chance? Thanks!
  8. That's what it's looking like, YT! I'm screwed, and yes, I'm in Cali! Was hoping the standard PCM would work for me since the truck is a 1997 and exempt from the Cali smog requirements. I figured if I don't need to have it tested, who's gonna know? I guess there is more to it than that. You'd think with as many 7.3s that are still on the road, parts wouldn't be so hard to find. I'm going to end up dumping a perfectly good truck because of one part. Dealer is taking old truck upon delivery of the new 2015 I ordered. Wish I could keep both!
  9. Awesome! Thanks very much for the info! I'll check back in a week or so. Much appreciated!
  10. Hi cyberdman, I was hoping that you could help my track my new truck order when you have time. My VIN is: 1FT7W2BT1FEC36667 I appreciate any info you can provide. Thanks!
  11. I have a 1997 F-250 Crew Cab 4x4 with a 7.3L Powerstroke. I love my truck. The "check engine" light came on one day and I immediately took it to the local dealer. The dealer determined that the PCM was bad and needed to be replaced. That was 3 months ago. They were unable to locate a replacement part and efforts to have my current PCM rebuilt were unsuccessful. I am back to square one. Does anyone have a source for PCMs on older trucks? Any help is appreciated! Oh, and so you know, this is a California qualified vehicle. I understand that this makes a difference. Thanks.
  12. Welcome from California!
  13. I would like to see a factory option for integrated LED lighting in the pickup truck bed. I have seen this offered on trucks made by one of the other (lesser) manufacturers and it is a nice feature. It would be great to have it available as a dealer add-on for those of us that have already purchased new trucks. Thanks!

Hi msmithjh, allow me to congratulate you for coming over from the "dark side"! Lol!
  15. Your rig sounds great! I have an F-250 on order that sounds very similar, right down to the ruby red color! I too, ordered the upfitter switches and I am interested in bed lighting as well. Have you found anything that looks good in the course of your research?
