Are you guys building 1300 f 250s a day or less?

Thats is a good question. We have done some research and came up with nothing. The only thing i can see is if dana took some of our work. Noone really know, mgt wont say anything. They act clueless on the issue. I have asked and they say no. Are you from ktp? Do you build f250?

Im not saying they are bad. Im just trying to figure out why our number is down alot. We build a part for the f 250 and our schedule has been really low since the switch to aluminum. Pre aluminum numbers kept us pretty busy.

Does it show any schedule increases in the next few months?

Any rumors on shutdown? We are hearing 3 to 4 weeks off

Thanks alot, i appreciate it. People on my line cant figure out how we are keeping up with KTP. They sped our line up and said production is going up so this has to be done. Schedule for us has gone down. We are trying to figure out if we are being lied to. Been 7 months and our schedule is no where near old levels. We are trying to get the correct info. Noone will tell us nothing true it seems on our end

We are hearing the there is a new beefier axle made by dana for the f250. Have you seen an axle like this? We keep hearing they are going to start using an 11" gear instead of the 10.5.

Are you guys working any super sats or super sundays? I seen that they were scheduled but kept getting canceled.

Our manufacturing plan came out Tuesday and it shows us now 8 hrs for all next year. None of this makes sense to us. We make about 800 axles a day. If ktp is making 1450 f250s a day, we are wondering how they are keeping up. We are wondering if they are buying axles from another place.

So at this point ktp has enough parts to run 1450 -f250 trucks a day? No more real supplier issues?

How did they get it all wrong. I just dont get it. They knew the launch was coming. Unreal how this company operates.
