Finally the dealer paid off my trade... Now I have to wait for a refund check from the bank.. Who knows how long that is going to take

The dealership is in New Jersey and I live in New York so I just can't stop by...

When it come to something like this.. They need to get blasted because I have been calling and trying to find out if it was paid off and when it was going to be paid off... It's ur opinion that it is best handle in private ... It's bad business .. And blasting them will warn others on there bad business ... Plus I am very bitter because it's my money and my credit at steak....

How would I look bitter blasting the dealer for something that should have been done weeks ago... Something that could effect my credit... And there is late fees that's being charge on the account ... Which will not be refunded by the bank...

Dealer problems!!!! Well June 18th I trade my truck in and picked up a 2016 sport... Long story short.. It is now August 5th and the dealer hasn't paid off my trade.. The bank is calling me telling me that they r going to put the late payment on my credit... I have been calling the dealership and always get a voice mail when they transfor me to the accounting department ...no one ever returns my call . I also spoke to a manager 2 weeks ago that took my info down and didn't return my call... My sales guy told me that they sent the payoff out a few days ago but didn't give me a tracking number ... I spoke to the finance manager yesterday and he remember me when I brought the explorer ... He called me back and said the sent the payment out today... Which it will still be late... Now I have to make a payment otherwise it will be on my credit... If this is not resolved tomorrow I will be putting this dealership on blast!!!!

Not my first ford... I had a 93 ford Probe ... And I still have a 94 SHO.. It just needs a little work to get back on the road...

Can't lie... After they fix the minor trim pieces ... I am loving it !!! Traded my GL 450 for it... I thought I was going to be too slow... The GL was a V8... So I settle for the sport after a great test drive at one dealer that let me take the 2016 XLT and a 2015 sport on the highway... XLT was nice but the sport was crazy... The had just gotten a 2016 sport but it wasn't ready yet... Plus I had went to 7 different dealerships... That's a whole different story on how prices change from one dealer to the next... I went to a different dealer from the test drive a Purchase the 2016 sport!!! It's a blast... Only minor things ford should have done... Like express windows for the rear from the driver seat...and the space for the drive to rest their foot is small... And the seats could be better... Besides that!!! It rocks!!!! Get it if u can !!!

Of course I looked through it... But it was evening time and u can't see everything until u have broad daylight ...

Pick up my sport close to 6pm Thursday ... My first Brand truck in my life.. I live in Long Island and I traveled to New Jersey 3 times.. I had visited with 7 to 8 dealerships to get the best price and Jersey City ford was it.. 1st time I test drove and discuss price.. 2nd was the credit app.. Third time to pick it up.. What a drive home!!! I must commend ALMOST everyone at ford... The drive the feel is Great!!! My wife was So happy when she saw it ( she only seen pics and never came with me to the dealer to see it ) Well the next morning with the sun shinning and neighbors looking at the windows and walking by giving their congrats .. I decide to open up the doors and inspect my brand new 2016 sport.. Seems like coming off the factory line some one wasn't inspecting to close... The door sills were not completely on.. Seems like the glue didn't dry.. The headliner is not completely up on one side ... A rear pillar looks like it needs some clips it's not flush on.. And the bottom door trim isn't cut right .. Looks bad... Is this the factory's fault or the dealer when they prep for delivery... Here some pics ... I would hope the right person sees This.. Now I have to travel back to NJ from Long Island to have this Looked at... More tolls and gas...which I know I'm not Going to get reimburse ...I work very hard for my money... 50k for the sport... Right now it's the top of the line before the platinum comes out..I don't know who's at fault but it shouldn't be me... Thanks for reading Thanks..

Someone must have dosed off on the job when they were putting it together... Just came back from a nice drive a I must say... PAY THE EXTRA FIR THE SPORT!!!! The engine is worth it!!!!!

Do u think I can take it to a local dealer ... I brought it in New Jersey and I live in Long Island.... Plus I leased it... I don't want these things falling apart and I have to pay for them when I return it
