Hi, Got a question. I have a 2016 Edge Titanium on order that is still waiting to be built. Today I went to my dealers website just for grins and noticed that my order is listed as part of their inventory even though the car hasn't been built yet and it's my order as I checked the VIN and it matches. Is this normal practice? Thanks.

I placed my order on 11/04 for a Titanium trim, Bronze fire, with all the bells and whistles except the seat back DVD player.

Just got an email from my dealer and they said I have a build date the week of 1/11/16. So fingers crossed and let's see if that date actually holds.

Hi, I ordered a 2016 Edge Titanimun back on 11/04 and so far according to the dealer and customer service it's still in processing and is yet to be scheduled. I understand it's the new model and production isn't starting until 12/15 now, but is it normal that after a month in the system it still hasn't been scheduled yet? Just curious because I swear I've seen some folks that have also placed orders for a 2016 and have already gotten their schedule date and VIN.
