To: Ford Supplier Quality Team Subject: Ford Super Duty Supplier Location: IACNA, Old Fort, NC. ----------------------------------------- As part of my company's Quality Team I have been asked to remain silent concerning a serious matter involving your P558 flooring product. This new Ford Super Duty program utilizes an NVH plastic layer sandwiched between 2 layers of fiber. Due to certain machine and process dificulties within the last 2 weeks my company has been shipping an inferior product to you comprised of 2 fiber layers bonded by an extremely flammable granular powdered adhesive....no plastic layer, as quoted to FOMOCO. Due to safety concerns and the possibility of recall I feel compelled to inform you of this deceptive practice. I would appreciate this being given to the appropriate people.
