I heard on the average lowest seniority on assembly line 17yrs and machinning is 25 years seniority They also have workers that less than 17years over there on different shifts

Dont know much about the plant but did hear it very easy. Clean climate controlled. More assembly than machinning Some assembly lines have alternative work schedule and traditional hours. Machinning has 4 crew. Overtime in certain areas.
