they are working on cutting jobs as we speak preparing for reduction in line speed so I wouldnt be surprised if that posting came up the next few months...6 jobs cut per unit right now their goal

this was actually confirmed by a union rep months ago....there are people here from Chicago and he said they will have chance to go back soon

Never know what could happen tho things change everyday but the line speed is being reduced and when that happens 1 shift comes next

Well I did say we werent getting any new work for at least 2 years and Im sure they will need to bring in people at map to train for the other shifts....they will probably have 2 shifts worth of people working on one shift like they did frap before the fusion launched to train

Its all over the plant....Continental is not selling much and after 2019 model we wont be building it, no new work for at least another 2 years coming in , nobody will be laid off tho I believe they will just be sending people to MAP

word is that frap is going back to 5 8s in October with line speed slowing to 40 jph and then shift will be cut by February

Anybody word on the multiplying factor for profit sharing?
