  1. Now that the contracts are done it is time to start holding the union accountable for real reasons rather than tables and chairs. For example when this plant was retooled originally they emptied aluminum filters many times a day, now the company does it Maybe once a month. Research what aluminum does to your brain. It is killing us all! Next, the company keeps loading on work and the union does NOTHING about it! In all departments. The company keeps adding to jobs without doing the necessary research on cycle times. It is so hot in the building in the summer, we need heat relief. If anyone has anything else post it. We need to come together as a union with or without our reps help
  2. The union walks around trying to sell this contract and their pu$$y local. They didn’t fix any issue. We are getting new toilets. Come on start representing ALL the membership, they have people cover them that have never been to a union meeting. And hand picking people for preferred jobs without posting the jobs. There have some of us that have never missed a union meeting. But the inner circle doesn’t have to goto meetings but get to cover union and leave at half day.
  3. The union here is so corrupt, whoever controls the retirees controls the vote.
  4. I see they removed the post. I guess the big pay raise they voted themselves justifies not letting the union brother from speaking about being threatened by a company process coach, which the union rep supported.
  5. When you ask the reps in this building about any type of right their answer is always let me check with the process coach. I am in material handling and the senior process coach represents us better than ANY union person in the building. We get p codes and never get wrote up. Someone dropped parts last month and the bargaining rep to them that they were getting disqualified. He then talked to the senior process coach and he said don’t listen to the union you are all good

  7. Now they have someone from the executive board covering for the health and safety rep because he is on"medical" this executive board member never goes to union meetings and gets all her votes from retirees. Embarrassing

  9. That's funny. The bargains Rep said she negotiated 1 day on paper for a person here. The supervisor came back and told her he just wanted to give her a warning
