Ice-Capades: To change trim level on a confirmed, unscheduled order, is the understanding of the following correct based on your original reply? -Original order number, new order date, new pricing level if applicable. Is this correct? -Does the dealer do this on their own or does a reginal manager need to get involved for approval? -Since the order number does not change, changing trim level can be done even when the order bank is closed. Is this correct?

Ice-Capades: Does Ford have a process in place to change the trim level from say Limited to Platinum (while keeping the same pricing level that the order was placed at) on an order that was already placed and confirmed, as the order bank for the '23 Superduty closed back in November for Lariat, Platinum, and Limited? My order is currently "unscheduled" for Job 2.

Ice-Capades: My local dealer stated that Ford got rid of all Zone Managers and Regional Reps this past June with the 6,000 salaried person layoffs. Is there any truth to this? If so, what system took the place to prioritize orders to 02 and 01?
