So I have a 2018 F250 on order, order was placed 2-15-2018. As I understand from post's on this forum, that Cotus is useless. Is EITS build date accurate? Does www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin accurate? Ford Chat ? My dealer has been less than helpfull in providing order status. I posted my VIN earlier and got "Scheduled to Week (Week -of Apr-16-2018 )" what exactly does that mean? Thanks...

The charging circuit has a rectifier bridge that converts ADC to DC.. .. The alternator will have a rectifier bridge .. If jumper cables were hooked up positive > negative, the bridge will fail. The is easy to check with a ohm meter.. It will have 3 wires, bascially it will read infinity and zero ohms across all 3 leads when ohm meter leads are swithced.. see https://www.freeasestudyguides.com/electrical-rectifier-bridge.html

WE were in the travel trailer / 5th wheel market. Wanted to about 30' to fit in state parks. I didn;t like the TT tail wagging the dog, and not being able to pull my ATV trailer, 5th wheels have a ton more storage.. Bought a Artic Fox 275L, empty pin weight is 2100 lbls, with just 2 of us, and small dogs, the payload wil be fine..

The 2018 guide shows 32.500 for 5th wheel towing, and payload of 5310 lbs with the F450 DRW 4x4, and 350 payload would not come close to handle the pin weight..

Mothballs or something to keep mice out..

I believe you would also have to add electronic fuel pump, sending unit etc, if you want this tank to act as a reserve thank.

Igntion keys have a start & run circuit, perhaps something in the run circut is bad.. Also - unplug battery and let ECM memory clear.

The 18" Goodyear AT tires have a higher load rating than the all season and other 18 in tires..

The 5th wheel prep kit is oem'd from Reese. And can be added after the fact. The bed must be raised to install In researching for my truck, I found that the LT275/70R 18E AT BSW/OWL tires offer the greatest load capacity.. The Super Duty Specs has great info on tires, spring etc.

This has been the best information I've ever seen on the order process. I've seen so many replies on other forums that were vague, incomplete. I recently ordered on 2-15-2018 a 2018 F250 CCSB, and this makes the waiting easier..

Would be great if the Super Duty rear bumper had a step in the corners..
