  1. It's great to see Lincoln selling 12k cars in the last month. Even though December is an atypical month with huge sales, it's really good for Lincoln.
  2. It's impressive that Lincoln had a 17% increase in his sales. Keep the job, especially in Aviator. I hope to see more advertising Corsair too.
  3. How to trust a brand that has fraudulent emissions software? Who can not guarantee that the platform will not come rigged to damage the Ford and cause damage, bankrupt Ford and vw buy it next??
  4. Explorer is not bad, but no better than Telluride and Palisade. Cost containment caused Ford to underestimate the segment. Ford needs to focus on constructive quality and reliability. More car reviews are becoming important to consumers and the Internet is quickly spreading the car issues that brands want to hide.
  5. Wonderful. It seems cautious and well programmed. The disastrous release of Aviator and Explorer cannot be repeated.
  6. After letting the japanese brands take over the sedans and hatches in the American market, the suvs and crossovers race remained for Ford. But it seems they have not learned from past mistakes and are so ready to lose the crossover and suv battles to the Japanese and now Korean brands. The trucks will be left over. It's very sad to see that they made an ugly Escape, a negative-media Explorer and Aviator, an Ecosport that doesn't even bother a competitor. I think Bronco will have all the work of raising the brand on his own after Powershift's discontent as was Taurus in the 1980s. But who says Ford didn't ruin another model like it ruined Taurus, Fiesta and Focus because of reliability? I vent. Who can change things is you who work and participate in the forum.
  7. Ford dropped the sedans to focus on the suvs, but apparently didn't focus enough. Grotesque finishing errors, faulty screens and now the safety test. Its Better relaunch Explorer next year with all this fixed.
  8. just Ford taking the Kuga's front bumper/grille and putting it in Escape. It's much better than the current smiling face.
  9. Every comment in the Youtube comments session about Escape videos has someone complaining about the design. Ford needs to move and schedule an emergency facelift
  10. It seems to me aviator's stealing Nautilus sales. The car has been growing well in recent months and suddenly has 18% drop. Navigator, Expedition, Ranger, Edge and Mustang Coupe are doing very well.
  11. remember that FMC made a problematic release of Aviator and Explorer with some problems, including the Aviator that the CR picked up was affected by failures.
  12. I loved the design. Will the GT version be called Ford Mustang Mach E GT? It seems to me too long
  13. Ford took plenty of time to take Accord and Camry sales and position itself among the best-selling sedans. Taurus, Focus, Mondeo (Contour) were critically praised cars, but fell into reliability issues. Fusion had great moments, especially in 2009, but Ford missed due to failures in the second generation launch. It's not as if the sedan market isn't profitable, it's about how Ford couldn't retain and steal sales from outside manufacturers within his own country due to the constant search for cost cutting.
  14. The front looks a lot like Edge, which is Ford's most beautiful crossover today. It's not bad and the teasers accused that same Ford Edge style design. I'd like Mach E to gain its own personality, and not a "Mustang SUV." He doesn't look like a Mustang. This brings negative media to such an important car and with a lot of potential to be a mere Mustang poser.
  15. The market for compact pickups is growing in the world, so much so that Ford is developing a pickup truck based on the C2 platform. Nautilus and Corsair so doing well. Aviator could be better if not for everything that happened
  16. Putting a V8 in the GT now contradicts the whole concept created and affirmed. The cars are becoming electrified and the Corvette is up against and unrivaled, so they want to force the GT to be a C8 rival by being a Ford, and another GM. The press is full of intelligent pofissonais who make silly stories to attract laymen.
  17. You say as if that were acceptable. Ford is attempting to restructure after the powershift scandal, has suffered losses in several markets around the world and has had to move out of the sedan and compact segment to try to boost profits, a drastic measure that is viewed negatively. Here in Brazil I read on several web sites about the finishing problems of Explorer, things that are not even found in entry compact cars of emerging countries.
  18. I think so, because both are on the C2 platform. If even the Fusion crossover will be in C2, what will be left for the CD6? Explorer and Aviator only?
  19. C2 Focus Maverick Kuga/Escape Edge Escort (CN) CD6 Aviator Explorer Taurus (CN) Zephyr (CN)
  20. my question, too But I believe the all new Chinese Taurus moves to CD6 too
  21. Lincoln should consider a Continental - two-tone version
