I am so sorry to see this. I do hope you get your car sooner than you think. Good luck to you!

Here is mine! I tried uploading a picture I got at the dealership when I picked it up but the file was too big.

Congratulations! I am so very happy for you! I received my Mustang on December 6th and I am absolutely in love with it too!!! Yours is beautiful!

shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking It will ask for you VIN# and that should pull up a page where you can get information on your order. Also, you can go here: http://performance.ford.com/enthusiasts/quick-look/2017/08/vehicle-tracking-system.html You will be able to live chat with a representative or call one. You need the order # and dealer code or the last 8 digits of your VIN. I hope this helps and keep us posted!

I ordered a PP2 car that has a blend date of October 4th and I have not received mine yet. I was supposed to receive it on or around Oct 28th. My status just changed yesterday from pending ETA to an ETA of 12/6-12/12 so maybe your status change is coming shortly. I wish you luck.

Are Vehicles with the Coyote Engine being held for inspection

Thank you very much, me too. I do sincerely hope you get some news on yours soon. I did also find out yesterday that my car has been released for transport but no updated ETA yet. I was told that should be soon. Fingers crossed for both of us! -
Etis shows nothing for me ?

I couldn't agree with you more!

The last update I got yesterday is that my order is in production with a pending ETA update. The order tracking site still shows estimated delivery of my Mustang to be October 28th. Well, I don't think THAT is going to happen! LOL

Thank you for this. It explains a lot. I was told mine is held for engine issues but I did order a Need For Green Mustang GT which does come standard with stripe so.........It's anyone's guess. I just know at this point, I probably will not see my Mustang until January. -

What does this mean? I don't understand parts hold for PCM? Do you know what that persons status is? I am on that forum and I didn't see that post. I am going to go look for it now. -

Just curious, how do you know there is a hold on yours? Did your salesman tell you that or Ford Order Tracking? -

Are Vehicles with the Coyote Engine being held for inspection

I don't know why this topic posted twice so I am responding in both. I am sorry. -
I ordered a 2019 Mustang GT Premium PP2 on April 12th. It was built on October 4th and I had an ETA of October 28th. I have been given the run around and finally was told that my car was at the assembly plant and all vehicles with the coyote engine are being held for inspection and possible repair. I just would like to know if this is true because as of right now, all my dealership can (or will) tell me about the status of my order is the last update on my order is October 4th, in production, pending ETA update. Any response is appreciated and thank you so very much for your time.

I found out last week that all Mustang GT's with the Coyote V8 engine are being held, inspected and repaired if necessary. I am sure if there is no truth to this, someone here will be able to dispute this if it is not fact. No word now on how long it will be before my Mustang is delivered but to be honest, if Ford found the issue with the engines blowing and are able to fix them, I am more than okay with waiting as long as it takes. I would rather not have to worry about my motor blowing.

Production Week Scheduling Information

I just found out yesterday that the Mustang GT that I ordered is sitting at the assembly plant for inspection and possible repair due to engine issues. I would rather my car be repaired (if needed) at the assembly plant versus having my motor blow a few months after getting it and have a dealership fix it. I don't believe a dealership would have the same standards as the plant does. -
I am sorry to hear that. I ordered a 2019 Mustang GT Premium PP2 which was supposed to be delivered on October 28th. I was told by my salesman today that all GT's on the assembly plant lot are being held and all the engines are being inspected. I was thinking I was being told a story as to why a car I ordered back in April was not here yet but maybe he was telling me the truth. I am trying to figure out where to post my question.
