It's automatic not dependent on anything else, only thing that would delay is if I owed money to loans taken from TESPHE or something like that. I don't trust most of ya'lls reading comprehension, everything has been on point once the release date was given. All release dates for STEP were March 31st, checks will be mailed out beginning May. If your address has been changed it'll take longer if you owe them money it'll take longer IF the LR didn't send the release on time it will take longer. But the newbie at CAP did fine all is in order, I will be paid. I'm fishing down south in the meantime enjoying some social distancing.

No matter what they can't keep anyone under the STEP program past March 31st papers are signed no take backs, retirees on the other hand will be delayed. They were set to lay off C crew now maybe more then that or maybe they delay the lay offs till production starts moving again. our payroll is done in UAE and I don't believe they're qualified to do American workers payroll, I've fought with them many times protecting my rights I have over 5000 dollars in refund checks from their mistakes over the past 2 years. You can't just call them they won't understand english you have to email them and hope it translates so they understand what you're saying.

And now that unit believes someone snitched him out for campaigning on the app used for official 551 biz, but they don't realize it was the 2016 election and harassment cases that sparked the state labor dept to investigate. As far as them laying off, after the last big lay off like 9 years ago they're not just going to come out and say it and allow workers to vandalize the line like that costing millions. It'll be a big secret until they show up and badges won't work. These Chicago workers aren't mature enough to give notice to. But I don't care I didn't do it.

No not everyone has gotten them, the payroll being outsourced to united arab of emirates has screwed up a lot some are getting 2018 w2s not all are being posted correctly on the website. They're really not qualified to handle american payroll not knowing nor respecting rights and laws regarding payroll deductions.

so how much do you get if Ford goes bankrupt and sells off the company within the next 10yr, don't rely on UAW or Ford for your future. Your retirement pension is about as secure as the dues you pay. STEP, will signup Jan 27 and the window closes Feb 28. You can sign away your chance to revoke and leave before Feb 28.. It doesn't matter what manpower issues there is, they have to let you go before April 1st. I got the paperwork to back this statement. SIR ya'll screwed, Depending on your age year hire dates etc you might not get out till Nov 2021 but no earlier then April 1st.
