Coming from a 2019, just took delivery of my BL 22. I would also add that the sync upgrade goes beyond your main screen. The instrument screen and the HUD is now more tightly integrated with sync. I use android auto and waze all the time. The turn by turn is in all the displays now, not just the main screen. The instrument screen also has new graphics. Cameras and views are all better too. Little things you notice that don't show up on reviews. The wireless Android auto has worked flawlessly.

Certainly isn't a stretch, Mustangs are very configurable so they have the software already. I think this is an aesthetic limitation. I'd really like more flexibility.

Maybe a bad wiring harness, but warranty work for sure.

People notice them, positive feedback on comfort and no trouble using them. They look a little different, but work the same way, so it's intuitive unless you've never used a seatbelt.

Sounds similar to our situation Gordonzoo, ordered a Black label in early August, I have a 12/4 build date. Went from a 2018 to a 19, but they are honoring 18 pricing.

I can report that the Android Waze experience is much better than Apple currently. Basically it works great. No extra steps. Apple you have to have Waze open in the forground and not lock your phone. Tested on a Continental and buddy's new Navi.
