I have a 2007 navigator replaced engine it has 220k. Now the code is saying cam phaser but we recently replaced when we changed the engine. And it runs really rough but we can unplug then from the soleniod and it runs smooth but the check engine light is on. The mechanic thinks it's the solenoid or the computer. Any suggestion.
