My order switched to In Transit on Wed, then I got a call from the dealer the next day that it had arrived.

Finally received some good news on the F150 Tremor I ordered on 12/7/21. Latest Visibility report indicated that it 'Shipped Convoy - # 174696 - Virginia Transport Corp' with an ETA 6/7 - 6/13. Does anyone know if/how you can track this convoy?

To me, that is the root cause of the issue I have with this whole mess. I absolutely disagree with the statement of 'some things are just not known'. As a 5th generation owner of a 126yr old manufacturing/metal stamping business, which actually once made auto parts for some of the first automobiles, when we have production delays/qc issues/supply chain delays etc, we always provide to our customers tangible information in regards to the cause of the delay, eta on delivery, etc. i.e Transparency With Ford we are seeing ETA's that constantly change, and aside from micro chip hold, usually no transparency on the root reason for the delay, just generic acronyms, at best. Don't tell me they do not have the job run status and tracking on every vehicle, where it is in production, and why it has any specific delay. Don't tell me Ford doesn't know where my VIN is in production, and if delayed, exactly what the delay is...

Just called Ford since my ETA was 5/24. Still on Plant Hold, with a new ETA of 5/31. At least it has only been kicked out a week, we'll see.

I went on ford website chat and they weren't able to provide much info, but they gave me a phone number to call. I don't have the number any longer, but the guy was pretty helpful in regards to the delay. Of course today is the last day of my ETA, and it still is awaiting shipment.

Finally got in touch w someone at Ford, and confirmed the visibility report as Plant Hold and shows the same ETA 5/24. Also confirmed no chip hold issue any more. He indicated he saw the delay as something to do w 'packaging/foam'? Seems weird, but maybe some sort of protection during transport at some point? Hopefully it updates to shipping by 5/24.

Thank You. Latest Visibility report update states Delay-Plant Hold, with an ETA May 18- 24, but the previous line update just below it says Released with an ETA July 18-24. Not sure how it goes from being Released with a Late July ETA to a Delay with an ETA of next week.

Received an email from Ford on 5/12 indicating my F150 Tremor was built and awaiting shipment. Then received another email 2 days ago stating the new ETA has been updated to between July 18, 2022, and July 24, 2022.

At least if I could figure out WHY it is now delayed another 2 months, AFTER getting out of the chip hold it may be somewhat less frustrating. I called Ford yesterday and they could not tell me anything...

So on 12/7 I ordered an Explorer ST and F150 Tremor. The Explorer finally was shown as in transit 2 weeks ago, but dealer is saying 3rd quarter now for availability do to the Axle Bolt issue. On 5/12 I received an email stating the Tremor was built and awaiting shipment, then last night received an email stating delivery was pushed back to the 3rd week of July. This is getting to be pretty ridiculous. Is there an issue with the F150 Tremor's, outside of the chip issue, that could be delaying this over 2 months from shipping?

I have a ST order w 401A and pretty much everything else, that I ordered on 12/7, went into production 1/17, and finally on Sunday updated to built and in transit.

On the order tracking forum I've recently seen Explorers delivered that were ordered much more recent than my Dec 7 order date / Jan 16th production start. Is it because the ST's don't have all the chips available, or are vehicles now rolling off the line with all the chips, and they'll get to the lots full of chip-less builds sometime 'soon'?
