My 2015 Taurus stopped playing music from my USB, on the screen it states "Indexing Files" I have pulled the drive out of the USB and it will still state "Indexing Files" also, I am unable to get my system to play music from my phone using blue tooth, it will state that it is trying to connect, it never does however, I am synced up blue tooth wise for making or receiving calls, can someone help me?
