Hi, new here, hope y'all might help me. Just got this really nice truck, 2007 F150 XLT with a Triton 4.6, 2 valve, with 92k miles. Shortly after I got it, it started making what sounds to me like lifter noise. I got the oil changed, it didn't need it, but thought I'd get it done so I know when to service it again. The noise started just before the oil change. Mechanic said to get a bottle of Lucus oil treatment, did that, the noise is still there. I added a bottle of Risoline ..... still got the noise. Truck has 5w20 Haveline in it, I'm gonna go with 5w20 Mobile One at next oil change, but, what can I do bout that noise ?
