I wanted to know if this version was upgradable to the latest version of sync

Took it to a mechanic says shocks are worn

I just took ownership of a 14 nav with 85k miles yesterday. On my way to work while riding the interstate i noticed this vehicle is extremely bouncy. I became car sick by the time I got to work. What could cause this car to be so bouncy and how can I fix it?
