  2. FYI - I downgraded Sync to 3.4.20351 and its working again. The 3.4.21020 update that was pushed via auto update is broken.
  3. For about 2 weeks now, the SiriusXM TravelLink in my 2020 F150 Limited has not been working. I first noticed that when I'm viewing the navigation map, I'm not seeing the traffic patterns, where the major roads/interstates show green/yellow/red. When I go check the status of TravelLink, it shows that some features are not available as shown in the picture below. I called SiriusXM and they checked the status of my account and said everything should be working. This truck came with the 6-year free TravelLink package and I have a paid subscription to SiriusXM which is current. Went back to the truck and checked every setting I could find and didn't see any issues. Called them back again and asked for a supervisor who again confirmed "it should be working." I kept pressing the issue and they transferred me to their Advanced Technical Support team. We spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting but still could not get it working. They finally said that I needed to take it to my dealer. Has anyone been through this lately or even heard of this issue? I just don't understand what the dealer would do to fix this. Still seems to me that this is a Sirius issue!
  4. Thanks for the quick reply @bbf2530. Yep, that's one of the first things I checked, as I'm very familiar with that mechanism. In my 2010 Lariat, I did the hack where you put a zip tie on it that sticks up to the top of the seat back so you can easily pull it to release the catch to drop the seat back without having to squeeze your hand down the back of it. I was in the process of doing the same hack to the new truck when I ran into this issue. I had the truck in the shop to get my first oil change a couple weeks ago and asked about this, but the service writer said the guy that works on this kind of stuff was backed up for at least two days. I'll just call them and try to make an appointment.
  5. Hoping there is someone here who works on the assembly line and could possibly shed some light on this issue. My 2020 F150 Limited was built in June. The driver's side of the split rear seats will not lock in place. There is a bracket with a floating pin on the back wall and the catch on the back of the seat back will not catch on it. I've tried sliding the pin up/down, bit by bit but they just don't seem to align. When you guys put that seat in during the build, is there something you do to make it catch?

  7. Just wanted to update everyone on the setup. Based on posts in other forums, I formed a piece of aluminum plate and got the sticker installed. I have to admit I only thought I'd use it a couple times but I love this feature! Use it every time now.
  8. According to the setup guide it has to be horizontal, which makes sense, to provide depth perception.
  9. That was the common thread in the answers I received on other Ford/F150 forums. This isn't a big deal for me, and really not worth all that effort, as I've been towing boat trailers since my early 20's. It just looks like it would be fun to play with but not something I would use after that initial trial run. Its just a little frustrating that a feature so hyped by Ford has such limited use in the real world. I don't believe I've ever seen a boat trailer where you can actually mount that sticker within the required camera range.

  11. The tailgate step on my new 2020 F150 Limited doesn't pop out when I push the button. I just got off the phone with the dealer and they are so backed up in the Service department, it will be at least 3 days before they could get to it. The guy I talked to found there was a service bulletin about this issue. Is there any place I can look up that bulletin, or can someone here please send me the document or at least a link to it? Thanks

  14. I know exactly what you're going through. Ordered mine on March 4 and finally took delivery two weeks ago on 6/19. It was worth the wait. This truck is incredible!
  15. I think they could use a couple more buttons on the steering wheel.
