I like TFL a lot. They have some great vids. They even tell the difference in a 3.73 and the 4.30 gears as around 1mpg less with the 4.30. I'd say well worth it to get the additional towing capabilities. Only prob is they will be hard to find unless you are ordering new.

I've had several Fords in the past including 2x Explorers, a Ranger, an Expedition, 2x F-150's and I just purchased an F-250 Super Duty. I may have missed 1 or 2.
