This doesn't look like a serious problem. If you are about to fix it by yourself, try to start with searching "fusion p2450" on youtube. Sometimes you just need to check all the pipings, sometimes to clean or replace the valve itself. But overall, this issue is quite common among various cars - no worries.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting for my 2017 Fusion to be delivered, so cant check this now. BUT it seems like these bulbs can't be replaced like any other bulb. These LEDs are part of the whole dome light so you should have some soldering skills to replace them. Despite this light looks like halogen, these are LEDs.
