Hi Group, As you are probably already aware of all the issues I had with my vehicle. This was the final one that ended it all! I complained about a front suspension noise and for some reason the Lincoln dealer in Wayne NJ changed the rear gears, which most likely caused this. My front gears started making noise in North Carolina this past holiday weekend. I didn't know it was the gears and thought it was some suspension noise again. Luckily, we made all the way to the NJ turnpike and the gears gave way and busted. Busting the casting and spilling all the gear oil. I brought it back to the dealer and none of the dealerships had time to fix it, nor had a loaner vehicle for me to use. I only had a month left so I just left it and terminated my lease. Akirby, Thanks for the file! I don't see any 27" display, just the same old vertical 10". Can't compare to see if there are any changes. I would need the 2022 Explorer order guide. So. it looks like they are only making them for the Chinese market! What a bummer, would of been nice if they marketed them here as well.

Hi Group, So, I'm sure you all seen the new sneak peeks of the new 27" display. I went to a dealer today and they told me that the new explorer will be the same as 2022 version. Is this true? Does that salesman really know what he is talking about? Is the new redesign pictures of the 2023 Explorer just for the Chinese market and the US gets the same old design?

I have the 22" rims on my 2021 Reserve 2 and wouldn't get them again. The low profile rims are prone to getting scratched on curbs and are very expensive to replace. I had to change one of tires due to a flat that couldn't be fixed. It cost me $460 to replace the tire. The dealer said the rims are like $1,400 each.

Hi Group, Just an update, I brought the car in to the dealer and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. They said they blew out the sunroof drain just in case; which I believe was the issue. As I tested it out in the heavy rain we had yesterday and no more Gurgling sound! I'm a happy Aviator owner again!

I experienced the same on a recent trip we took. It was raining heavy and heard this gurgling sound coming from the pillars. Very frustrating to have this issue with an $80,000 vehicle. I will be calling the dealer myself to see if they can figure out how to fix it.

Hey Mustangcheif, So you did about a 1/4 of the total miles driven by electric only. How many miles can you drive the car on just electric only before you have to use gas or recharge? How long does it take to fully charge? Thanks in advance
