I just installed aB&M megashifter in my 1993 Ford F-350, 7.3 idi diesel, with an E40D . The problem I’m having is that the shift cable goes into 1,2,3,N,R fine but when put into Park, the cable appears to be 1/2” too long, also the neutral safety switch back in its original location only allows the truck to start in reverse, not good. B&M was sold to Holley and unfortunately they have no idea what the problem could be. All the parts purchased are comparable with each other but it doesn’t work, any help would be appreciated, thanks, Tom.
