  1. I took delivery in February. I've had so many issues Lincoln threw in free maintenance for 100K or 4 years.
  2. Hi Ralph, I have a 2019 with the 2L engine. My experience with it has been excellent. More than enough power for daily driving, great gas milage especially on the highway. The transmission is seamless. I've driven the 2.7 and feel there is a lot of wasted potential there because it is a very quick combination and all that potential is wasted in a mid size SUV. I say if you want a sports car get a sports car! I rented a full size trailer (four wheels) to move some furniture last weekend, loaded it up fully with some heavy stuff and my vehicle didn't miss a beat. It didn't feel like I was pulling anything. On the bad side I've had a lot of issues with my 2019 that Ford has hopefully fixed for the 2021 model year, mostly poor build quality stuff from the factory. Good luck.
  3. Just back from my local Lincoln dealer. I've been informed that the EGR will need to be replaced and guess what? Backorder! Meanwhile, I just keep chugging along. When I read how I described this issue I have don't understand why the dealer did not pick up on an EGR issue the first time I complained of the problem. Anyway, I'm hoping this will be the fix. "A clogged or malfunctioning EGR valve can disrupt the vehicle's air-fuel ratio, which can cause engine performance issues such as a reduction in power and fuel efficiency. The vehicle may also stall or hesitate while accelerating." One other issue that I've encountered is a creaking or clicking in the headliner by the sunglass holder.VERY annoying! Been in and had this "fixed" a number of times but it keeps coming back. I'm told the headliner is held in place by magnets and velcro so they just keep stuffing insulation in there until the noise stops. Anyone else have this issue? Is this common for this vehicle?
  4. Thank you all for the reply, I appreciate your time. My engine light is not on. It was just in for its regular maintenance and no issues were found. My advisor says that it's "normal" for the type of vehicle......? I think I'm going to have to take it to another dealer and get a second opinion. Again thanks!
  5. I have a 2019 Nautilus with the 2.0 engine. The vehicle has 75,000 Kms on it. My Nautilus has always had a somewhat springy feeling acceleration to it but I have noticed the last few months this is much exaggerated when the engine is cold. What I mean is in low-mid level throttle positions the vehicle seems to hesitate then power comes on giving it a springy feel to the engine. At high full throttle there does not seem to be an issue. As the vehicle warms up the issue is still there just less noticeable. My Dealer says this is normal, just the way the engine is designed. Anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions for a fix? Thanks for your feedback.
  6. Thanks for the information about the APIM. Thanks to MadManMoon for the information. The problem is WAZE.............. !!!!!! Seems there must a be bug in their program, when I shut WAZE down my volume control works perfectly. I will contact them to find out what they are going to do about it. Cheers.
  7. Again, thank you both for the reply. First, akirby I have the same issue using my wife's phone, she has the same iPhone as me. "The dealer should try reloading the APIM software - not because it needs an update but sometimes it can become corrupted." What is APIM an acronym for? We both have WAZE installed, I'll mess around with this and see if by turning Waze off if the problem goes away. Cheers,
  8. Thanks for your reply. I have unpaired the phone several times. Reset the phone, then paired it again to no avail. I have done a master reset on the entertainment system twice. No change. Dam I'm frustrated by this as it just doesn't make any sense. I wonder if there is an upgrade to the software for the infotainment system or something that I'm missing? Would that even make a difference? I know my Iphone has the latest update on it.
  9. I own a 2019 Nautilus with the upgraded Revel Audio system. I have experienced a couple of issues with the performance of the system. The sound is outstanding, I love it. First issue when using my Sirius XM directly through the on board App the sound is "tinny" compared to when I stream it through my phone. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this? My dealer says there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. To be fair he sat in the vehicle with me and listened for a minute or two but I can hear a real difference. Its like the music is not getting the full signal. The FM signal is very strong and it rocks well just the Sirius XM that sounds this way. Any ideas? The other issue that has just recently come up is I can no longer adjust the volume on the system when I plug in my iPhone. This was working fine until about a month ago. When the phone is not plugged in the volume control works normally. The volume control works on my phone normally when its not plugged in to the sync 3 system. The mute button still functions normally but I cannot adjust the volume using the steering wheel controls, the radio face controls or the volume controls on the side of the iPhone. I have fully upgraded the OS on the iPhone. I have looked into the settings for hours I just cannot figure out why it stopped working. I notice when I plug the iPhone in the Mobile Apps icon goes blank and even if I turn it back on it just turns off when I plug the phone in? My dealer has no idea what could cause this issue. From the dealer perspective if the volume controls are working without the phone connected then the fault must be with my phone not the vehicle? If anyone else has had this issue or can suggest a fix that would be great.
