  4. Hi cyberdman, My dealer hasnt provided me a VIN or anything for that matter, but I think I have the alternate info from my order confirmation you stated would be acceptable. Dealer: F23196 Order No: J283 Ord FIN: QS132 F-250 SD, 6.2L, 4x4, Crew Cab Any information you can provide will be much appreciated! Thanks for what you do!
  5. I almost put off buying my 2020 F250 in hopes of a larger display being available in upcoming model year. However I went ahead and settled with what's out there now with the SYNC 3. It will work for me and perhaps I can explore the aftermarket options at a later date. I like the example in the link above. It looks clean and functional. My only concern with the larger displays is the light they may put out at night time.
  6. I seen all the headlines about an engine shortage likely to cause truck plant shutdowns the following week since there will be no engine for the trucks. However, that was all I heard about it. Seen no shutdowns and heard nothing after the initial headline. I suppose it all got resolved?
  7. This has been my main complaint of the newer explorer. I own a 15 and miss being able to open the glass. I had an 08 and used the window open function more than the entire rear because it was more convenient / easier. I drive a 2019 Tahoe for work and open the rear glass all the time. I often find myself trying to open my explorer glass out of habit and fall disappointed.
  8. Awaiting delivery of my new2020 F 250. I have had a 2012 model for a while. Anytime I towed a loaded trailer the rear would drop like crazy like these kids now with their trucks leaning to the rear. I had to have an air lift system installed to raise the rear. How is the standard rear suspension on the 2020? Does it hold up well?
  9. I'm in the same boat man. I have to mount two antenna for radio communications on my new 250 and trying to look at all options before I commit. Really don't want to drill into my brand new truck.
  10. What year model was your issue on?
  11. Have never understood why they stopped making the rear window where it could open. It was convenient when loading groceries or luggage to just open the window rather than the entire rear of the vehicle. That's my biggest frustration with my new Explorer.
  12. First vehicle I bought was an 2001 Ford Ranger my senior year of high school. To this day I wish I still had it. Decided to try out an SUV after that. Bought a 2004 Ford Escape. I loved how it handled. I eventually upgraded to a 2008 Explorer Limited and about drove the wheels off it untill I purchased my 2015 Explorer. Now I'm awaiting the delivery of my 2020 F250. Can't get here soon enough.
  13. Glad I was told about this forum. Looks like a great resource. Can't believe I didn't stumble across it myself already. Lifetime Ford owner waiting on my new F-250 to be delivered.
  14. I heard about this year's ago after getting my 2012 F250 4X4 and was worried about it for the longest. However, till this day I have yet to experience the wobble, despite driving on some rough highways from time to time.
  15. I'm awaiting my new F250 to be built and delivered. Hopefully within the next few weeks. I assume the SYNC 3 system will need updated to the latest once I get it. Just wondering if I will have to do multiple updates until I get it up to par with the most recent update available, or just download the newest update on USB and install it? Just thinking of when I get a new PC or phone how I have to go through each past update untill the newest can install.
